Are dogs welcome at your establishment?

It depends on the specific accommodation. Dogs are welcome in selected holiday homes and apartments – please check the accommodation description for the corresponding note. For dog-friendly accommodations, we charge a cleaning and damage fee of €9 per night. A maximum of one dog is permitted. We recommend indicating whether you will be bringing a dog when booking – this allows us to best prepare for your stay.
Can bed linen and towels be booked separately?

In some of our accommodations, we offer a laundry service. The linen packages include bed linens and towels and can be booked for €15 per package/person. As this service is not available in all accommodations, please check the individual accommodation description or contact us directly – we're happy to help!
How does check-in/check-out work?

Yes, both Villa Solara and Casa di Limoni have free private parking spaces available for guests.
What are the house rules?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Where can I find the Wi-Fi?

Free Wi-Fi is available in all our accommodations. You'll find the password in the guest information folder on site, or it will be posted elsewhere in the accommodation – you'll definitely find it quickly!
Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas of all our accommodations. Please also refer to the specific house rules of each accommodation.
Do I have to pay a tourist tax?

Since our accommodations are located in a recognized spa town, a tourist tax is levied. This is charged in addition to the rental price. Please refer to the individual accommodation description for the exact amount, or we will inform you upon booking.
